Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at PCL Construction full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great work environment, safety first.

Cons

No overtime, at-least at the moment. No paid vacation, or off days.

Advice to Management

Management is great, no complaints.

Former Employee - Document Control Specialist

I worked at Flatiron Construction full-time for less than a year

Pros

The company was friendly, professional and well prepared. Their benefits are very competitive.

Cons

Based on project location, and pay can be based on what they can spend via the contract when you first come on-board. None of which are so much a con or bad thing.
