Most negative reviews are from years ago, before PBI leadership changed and put an updated business model in place. Great staff, opportunities to develop skills and learn new things, competitive... benefits, employees able to weigh in and influence direction of business, PBI cares genuinely about taking care of customers, top quality products
Cons
Sometimes still a bit slow to move, but getting better. Things are changing quickly so staff must be comfortable with that environment and willing to learn new things, adapt.
