Featured Review

Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at PNC Financial Services Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Family-friendly - amazing leave for new parents; friendly cooperative work culture; lots of opportunities for learning.

Cons

Pay is decent, but not great. High-deductible health plans.

Current Employee - Trader

I have been working at DRW full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Smart employees and good culture

Cons

Eat what you kill. If your product doesn't make money then you don't get paid. Traders do not share in the diversity and advantage of the overall firm trading different products in Equities, Fixed... Income, Agriculture, Currency's, etc...

Advice to Management

Create ways for employees to have a more vested interest in the results of the entire firm. This will help create better collaboration between different groups within the firm.
