Very big company. Work very hard to network.
I have been working at Fifth Third full-time for more than a year
The leadership within 5/3 operations shows dedication to developing their staff into skilled professionals. 5/3 has a very inclusive culture and it is demonstrated every single day. 5/3 has helped me... develop a mindset of putting the customer at the center of everything I do. Because of this, I have been able to create large impacts to many of our customers, and provide the financial solutions they need. Before coming into 5/3, I had a mindset of only working for the purpose of generating income. After 2 years with this company, I now feel a much larger purpose for coming into work, and I am able to see real life results of how our work impacts our customers.
The only time I have noticed an unhappy employee is if their personal values don't align with 5/3's culture. As long as your intentions are truly good, there are no cons when it comes to working with... 5/3.
Advice to Management
I enjoy seeing the effort management puts into developing their staff, and the constant effort of communicating with all employees at every level creates a unique culture that shows everyone is... valued.
