Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at POPSUGAR full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Amazing environment: Everyone is extremely friendly and inclusive -Employee moral: Overall everyone is working toward the same goals and collaborates efficiently. -Super flexible: The company... values their employees not only as employees but human beings. They are super flexible with PTO/sickdays/working from home and genuinely make you feel appreciated.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that it can be difficult to learn about different departments, but there are many groups that you can get involved in to meet others.

The company continues to strive for inclusivity and learn from experiences as they grow. Lots of opportunities to move up in ranks, good benefits, and leadership is willing to listen to new ideas.

Competitive and some hours fluctuate depending on time of the year
