*Amazing support from management/corporate *The sky is the limit when it comes to growth potential *Company policies and requirements for upward movement in job titles are crystal-clear, making it... a comfortable and encouraging career *Staff morale translates to happy guests, which helps each workday flow smoothly, making it a place I look forward to going everyday! *Friendly competition between neighboring ESA sites keeps our staff motivated to provide the very best experience for our guests. *Management/corporate make it clear that they put an enormous amount of trust and faith in their employees and make it clear that they want us to succeed and grow as fast and as far as we want to go.
*Due to the nature of the business, there is a bit of pressure to constantly out-perform prior results, especially in guest surveys. This can be stressful, since negative surveys are inevitable, and... there is only a certain amount of control we, as guest service representatives, can have on what a guest decides to write when (or even IF) they complete a survey.
Advice to Management
*Please keep up the encouraging motivation! That is what feeds us. I love being acknowledged for a job well done. *I also respond well to constructive criticism... I WANT to know if I am doing... something incorrectly, and want even more to be shown how to do it correctly. *I love working for rewards. If I have the opportunity to win a prize (think: ESA-branded merchandise!), I WILL work harder.
