Former Employee - Sales Associate

I worked at Pacific Sunwear part-time

Pros

best managers and training was great

Cons

sometimes the shift hours here were short

Current Employee - Store Manager

I have been working at Hurley full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great benefits and pay. You feel like a real business owner as the team at HQ appreciates and listens to you. You feel valued.

Cons

Can be very slow at times.

Advice to Management

My main advice would be to the buyers: change it up! We need trendier product to keep up with the times. Many of the products we get are items that we have sold before.
