Plenty of opprotunities to take leadership roles and acquire skillsets useful within and without the finance industry.

Cons

Rapid, seemingly unusually structural and procedural change can make it hard to get a grip on the larger business objective picture. Hybrid work expectations don't make sense for roles that are... programmatic in nature and can directly inhibit productivity.
