Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Palo Alto Networks full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- Good salaries, usually pay 100% of bonuses - Good benefits

Cons

- Too many reoorgs, - lack or coordination between groups

Advice to Management

better project management would go far

Current Employee - Supply Chain Analyst

I have been working at Firstbase full-time for less than a year

Pros

Remote first and people first workforce. Allow you to work from anywhere from California to Belgium. You are going to get your hands dirty right away and will have no problem leaning into your... current co-workers for help and guidance.

Cons

The Start-up phase can have you wearing many hands and jumping to different tasks. So you have to be used to switching tasks efficiently. A pride in self-development of solutions to growth pains... instead of relying on and implementing existing software and solutions.

Advice to Management

Don't be afraid or too prideful to implement current software solutions to existing problems. You don't have to take the hard road every time.
