Pros
The Prisma Cloud business unit in PANW is an incredible growth engine - there’s so much opportunity to grow a career here. The people are great - culture is very “can-do” and there is constant... optimization and positive change. There’s an air of excitement around the product and how we can help customers achieve their security and business goals.
Cons
There are still some legacy folks who don’t carry their weight, but they are becoming far and few between. Training and enablement is improving but there’s still room to improve more. Customer... Success is improving but still needs more people to power the machine!
Advice to Management
Invest in enablement of people and their soft skills. Continue to invest in product. Continue to invest in Customer Success.
