I have been working at Relativity full-time for less than a year

Pros

Relativity is a breath of fresh air. They describe themselves as a "talent first" organization and they have truly proven themselves to be so. My work-life balance has never been better. Time off is... not only discretionary, but encouraged and supported. I have been able to take my child to the doctor, take vacations, and take care of my own mental health without draining my leave. My manager truly cares about my personal goals and aspirations and supports me in gaining the experience I need to grow as a professional. There is plenty of room for advancement within your own or other departments, depending on your career goals. This is the first time in my professional career where I feel like I took the very best opportunity out there. I plan to stay with Relativity for a long time. Also, the pay, benefits and training opportunities are great!
