Current Employee - Counter Staff

I have been working at Panda Express part-time for less than a year

Pros

Panda Express is a great place to work in my opinion. The location I work at, everybody is friendly and helpful, they always have your best interest. The company is truly a wonderful place to grow... and somewhere you’d want to see as a 2nd home. I like how professional and well-managed it is. They see everything you do wether it’s good or bad, and they work with it.

Cons

Panda has very high expectations. You have to be on your 100% everyday at work, their isnt any time to slack, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Advice to Management

Understanding your employees situations makes work a lot more enjoyable.

Current Employee - Noodle Ambassador

I have been working at Noodles & Company part-time for more than a year

Pros

Good work life Ballance and friendly people. Easy to learn hard to master but great fit for high energy people. Discount on food either on shift or off.

Cons

If you take a break you can get behind but it's not bad. Sometimes I feel that they should more strict but they are noodles and that just isn't them.

Advice to Management

Don't let people use phones explain where the clocks are
