Former Employee - Overnight Baker

I worked at Panera Bread full-time for less than a year

Pros

Working alone at your own pace with your work " cut out for you". It feels great to accomplish some great baking, knowing that the next day you will have made many customers happy with your hard... work and attention to detail the night before. Its worth the hard work and effort.

Cons

Not many cons for the job except sometimes it is difficult to get in contact with employees or management since everyone works day or night and are sleeping on off hours.

Current Employee - Noodle Ambassador

I have been working at Noodles & Company part-time for more than a year

Pros

Good work life Ballance and friendly people. Easy to learn hard to master but great fit for high energy people. Discount on food either on shift or off.

Cons

If you take a break you can get behind but it's not bad. Sometimes I feel that they should more strict but they are noodles and that just isn't them.

Advice to Management

Don't let people use phones explain where the clocks are
