"Great 1st Year"May 4, 2021

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Paramount Pictures full-time for more than a year

Pros

Even with the shutdown this was a great first year with Paramount. Since we work remotely the hours are longer but you are encouraged to take time during the day and step away from the desk.

Cons

I really don’t have any Cons.

"Great Company!"Apr 28, 2021

Former Employee - Senior Vice President

I worked at Twentieth Century Fox full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Smart and rational people who made good decisions and invited collaboration (most of the time).

Cons

Obviously much will have changed now that they are under Disney ownership. Surely some of those changes are positive and maybe a few are negative.
