Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Paramount Pictures full-time for less than a year

Pros

Amazing history, strong sense of community, employees are valued, generous time off, ability to see how you're contributing to the bottom line, and a true work-life balance. The work is exciting and... there are always opportunities to raise your hand for projects and to learn. If you work hard and are invested, you'll go far.

Cons

Paramount still seems to be working on getting its groove back, but with a great leadership team in place, they are on their way. The studio does not pay as well as some of its competitors, but in... exchange provides a more balanced and fun working environment. People here really seem to care about one another and the future of the company.
