I worked at Parrot full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good people, tough industry. Friendly employees, and a nice HQ location in Paris. Well meaning crew with a lot of good talent.

Cons

Lack of focus across organization. Too many things going on with a lack of focus on parts of the business that will grow in the future.

Advice to Management

Keep your chin up in a tough environment. While focusing on legacy money makers has value, must also consider future product growth.

Independence , creative flexibility, initiative. The right size to make a difference.

Antiquated, small. certain legacy employees don’t have the passsion to advance processes.
