Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Party City full-time

Pros

Party City is always going to have a special place in my heart. The team is great. They are friendly, kind, and they turn into more like family. You meet some of the greatest people.

Cons

Don't want to run into a mad customer all because the costume didn't fit. It's a bad day.

Advice to Management

Don't have any advice except keep doing what you do. They do a great job

Former Employee - Engineer

I worked at Fairbanks Scales full-time for more than a year

Pros

Understand of real world events. Worked with me when I had crisis in my life to allow me to attend to it and still maintain a stable a realisic work/life balance. Patient and understanding leadership.

Cons

Dated manufacturing facility, desperately needing a remodel or a new factory for increased production.

Advice to Management

Probably less expensive to develop a new plant in the same/similar area to not interrupt work but allow for a complete revamp of the facilities.
