Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at TS Restaurants part-time for more than a year

Pros

Professional work environment, professional managers, employees who care about doing a great job, clear roles and responsibilities, clean work environment, flexible when it came to making enough... hours to keep health insurance, great company events that brought staff together: 5K races, holiday party, community cleanup days. Preshift meetings helped set the tone for a good shift.

Cons

Sometimes deep clean days were told us the day of the shift, so that people wouldn't call out, but that meant you didn't know you would be staying an extra hour or more after your shift.
