I have been working at Paycom full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Paycom gives you a platform to grow as an individual and a professional. It is a great environment for people that are hard working, highly talented, and have the desire to continue learning and... developing into bigger and better roles. This is a great place to have an opportunity to really make a difference.
Cons
If you do not like working with positive, hard working people, who continue to stretch themselves and get outside of their comfort zone to improve, then this is not the place for you.
Advice to Management
Continue to focus on developing best of class technology and stay true to your commitment of making the environment for employees second to none.

I worked at Association Member Benefits Advisors full-time for less than a year
Pros
freedom, amazing system you don't know how lucky you are yet. Good support. Training/ leads provided. If you can work the phone you will be fine. They give you everything you need otherwise.
Cons
Don't come into this looking for something to do while "Transitioning". Yeah you'll be working late somtimes, you're travelling too. Just don't set up in a state / location you don't want to... live. Otherwise you're going to be torn at the amount of commitment to a place that you don't see yourself at. That's what my biggest thing was, I didn't want to live in the state I was working with AMBA.
Advice to Management
recruit at better events / places.
