I have been working at Paycom full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

1. Lots of opportunities for growth. 2. Always encouraged to be innovative and work around with smart and helpful people. 3. Flexible work hours is perfect for me as 2 kids dad. 4. Work... environment is excellent. Coffee in break room is amazing. 5. Boot camp in company gym keeps me fit.

Cons

I know we already have 2 full basketball court, but can we add one more?
