Loved working with the team I worked with, called TeamUP. We were the educational and professional arm of the company. We worked from home, created customized trainings to empower educators, then... traveled to the colleges and universities for which we created those trainings to deliver them. Lots of entrepreneurial freedom while working on a generous salary. The company matched employees dollar for dollar in 401K, we turned out to be break to go along with the severance package after reorg.
They were forced to adapt with the rapidly changing digital landscape and had to layoff thousands of employees during reorganizations. The team I worked for was restructured completely, which didn’t... resemble what I was hired for, so when the option to accept another position OR severance was posed, I opted for the generous severance package. Great job while it lasted (I was there just over 5 yrs).

Continue to listen to the needs of customers and employees.
