Current Employee - Enrollment Advisor

I have been working at Pearson full-time for more than a year

Pros

Flex time, great health insurance attainable goals, great feedback

Cons

Negativity of jaded employees

Enterprise Sales Manager

I have been working at Simplilearn Solutions for more than 5 years

Pros

I have been working with Simplilearn over 5 years now, and maybe this forum would not be enough to mention the pros. You grow with the company. The CEO has been vocal of the fact that all his... employees need to grow along with the organization, be it within the same domain that you started, or have a cross-functional growth. This is possible only if you have a strong leadership in place. Your opinions are heard, and executed to the best possible limit. Definitely not the traditional top-down approach. Every quarter there is a special connect with the leadership team including the CEO And as an employee you have the opportunity to ask questions or clarify any doubts that you may have in this forum. Over a period of 5 years, I have personally been able to gain 5 promotions, even after being in a sales role. There is no work pressure, rather you have some intense job to do on a daily basis, and one needs to improvise daily.

Cons

All good till now. Kudos.

Advice to Management

As of now, none.
