Former Employee - Programmer Analyst

I worked at Peloton Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great work. Great people. Very approachable and culture is very good

Cons

No cons as per my experience

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Cervello full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Fun office culture and great Boston office location. Idle atmosphere for learning. People always take the time to help others.

Cons

Luck of the draw with clients/projects. If you get on the wrong project it can slow career growth but the right project and speed it up just as fast.

Advice to Management

Continue to build out training programs and commicate career path options.
