Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Penn Mutual full-time for more than a year

Pros

Everyone is friendly. Great employee recognition.

Cons

This is not applicable to the review.

Current Employee - Recruiting Coordinator

I have been working at SelectQuote full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of employee recognition in the form of food, prizes, spiffs, company outings and more! Programs are in place to allow employees to voice their concerns, and create positive change when needed.... Great leadership development programs and plenty of growth opportunities!

Cons

Certain sales seasons require a decent amount of overtime (longer hours = more money!) and we don't get free food EVERY day ;-)

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work and keep listening to the agents :-)
