"Great Company"Oct 25, 2020

Current Employee - Inside Sales Representative

I have been working at Penske Truck Leasing full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, great people, flexibility, team work

Cons

Management has high expectations that are sometimes hard to accomplish in only 40 hours

Advice to Management

Training could be improved.

"Steady"May 20, 2018

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Empire Paratransit full-time

Pros

I've been a driver at other places, and this one is very similar. But fair to drivers. Plenty of OT is available and staying away from complaints and accidents is key.

Cons

MTA doesn't tolerate safety or complaints. Some of the complaints are not true but still count.

Advice to Management

Raise pay for drivers. It's a tough job.
