Current Employee - Lean Manufacturing Engineer

I have been working at Pentair full-time for less than a year

Pros

Amazing company to start off your career with. They have been super helpful with providing you with guidance on how to do your job

Cons

Management is going through some shifting.

I worked at Power Partners

Pros

This company is not only concerned with making a buck, but making sure their employees have every chance for advancement. Opportunities for training for different shop positions through in-house... courses as well as opportunities for college/technical training are available with this company.

Cons

Shop area is very hot during the summer hours. Sometimes overtime hours take away from family time.
