Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at PeopleAdmin

Pros

I held this summer internship before my junior year, so my goal was to gain good work experience that I could put on my resume and talk about in interviews. Throughout the summer, I worked on three... projects, each of which gave me a unique experience. I talked about my internship in every single interview, and I could tell employers were impressed that I actually made an impact on the company. I also gained pretty good insight in terms of what a corporate strategy job (or consulting job) looks like for full-time. Additionally, the people I worked with were very nice, and the office was great.

Cons

Some of the internship work required data entry which is boring.

Current Employee - BE Specialist

I have been working at Paycor full-time for less than a year

Pros

Paycor consistently rolls out programs and events to keep employees engaged. The Walktober Challenge was a great way to compete with fellow employees while helping to get in shape. Keep it up!

Cons

Busy times surrounding quarter and year ends can be hectic.
