Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Pepsi Bottling Ventures full-time

Pros

Flexibility, ability to build some really high-level relationships, enjoyed the culture and help from others.

Cons

Growth in moving to higher position is slow, director level next.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Graham Packaging full-time for more than a year

Pros

As a remote employee, I still feel like I am part of a great team and a great company. I work closely with awesome people and enjoy my job. Graham is a large organization - around 60 plants across... the country so there is a lot of opportunity to grow. They have great benefits, vacation packages and 401K.

Cons

We need to do better about getting the word out that this is a great place to work!!
