Featured Review

Former Intern - Digital Marketing Intern

I worked at PepsiCo for less than a year

Pros

Everyone is very friendly and creative

Cons

There is not a lot of structure so you can spend many days not doing anything.

Current Employee - Training and Support Specialist

I have been working at Mars full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great starting paid time off amount, great health insurance, above average compensation and employee profit sharing. Also higher than normal 401k match.

Cons

Rotating shifts can upset work/life balance.

Advice to Management

Servant leadership is a great way to fulfill the needs of your associates and the needs of your customers.
