Lowest employee turnover of all Broadline Distributors means that you aren’t simply joining a company but a team and work family where the core value You Matter truly is at the forefront of all... decisions and approaches from one on ones with your direct supervisor to teamwork to the CEO preferring to be out in the field with employees and with customers alike in order to gain feedback and develop innovative solutions to challenges and change in the industry. There is nowhere like it anywhere else. I know because I’ve been on the other sides of the fences. Over 150 years of tradition and quality in every area.

Cons

It’s Foodservice and it’s fast paced .. and constantly evolving and solutions to help customers make it must be made quickly and collaboratively oftentimes and sometimes independently. If you don’t... love the hustle, there are other roles besides sales that are more steadily paced as well.
