I have been working at FSC Pediatrics full-time for more than a year

Pros

FSC has a very community and family feel and is small enough that most everyone knows each other. With such a small company there is great opportunity to have your voice heard and be a central part... of decisions.

Cons

As with any company, the work/life balance can get off set at times. Because of the size there are limited human resources which can be both positive and negative since many people get to wear... multiple hats.

Advice to Management

Maintain the family feel that the company has and continue to look at expanding the available resources in order to keep growth on track.
