Analyst

I have been working at PhaseOne Communications

Pros

The work is unique and meaningful, fulfilling Smart, nice co-workers with varied educational and professional backgrounds Plenty of opportunities for professional growth, especially as the company... takes on new clients Compensation is fair, generous Work environment is comfortable

Cons

Some growing pains associated with rapid company growth (bringing changes in org structure, policies, and culture) - to be expected

Advice to Management

Continue efforts to be as transparent as possible Find ways to make all employees feel invested in the company's growth and success, seeing what the company's growth and success means for them... personally
