Excellent company for training and management is very supportive for professional growth. Good benefits and bonus. Did not furlough anyone during COVID- company is financially solid.

Diversity and inclusion is still evolving but on the right track. Advancement opportunities in some positions are limited.

The training and professional development program is one of the best. Regarding company culture, USLI practices what they preach. In my experience with leaders on multiple teams, they are... consistently helpful, communicative and positive. The workload is what you make it and is manageable. Benefits are great!

Cons

Required to be in office 4 days a week.
