Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Philam Life full-time

Pros

You work according to your own time. There are no bureaucracies. Lots of agency assemblies and meetings that resemble family gatherings.

Cons

Sometimes your Agency Leaders do not give the best productivity and operational pieces of advice. You sometimes do not earn much and the income is unpredictable.

Current Employee - Treasury Marketing Officer

I have been working at iRemit full-time for less than a year

Pros

You will grow in this company if you are under the International Treasury department because your value will double when you stay for a couple of years.

Cons

9 and a half hours of work. The management is really old fashioned so the way they run things isn’t that effective anymore.
