I have been working at WinnCompanies full-time for less than a year
Biggest pros include consistent development and training, genuinely happy coworkers, and the sense of collaboration and teamwork from both the corporate office and site level properties. Benefits are... great, the time off is generous, and majority of every team is extremely willing to teach and help, as long as you are willing to learn.
The work is fast paced, and honestly not for the faint of heart. If you're ready to really work and put in the time and effort, you can easily manage the challenges that come with how quickly... priorities can change. If you're looking for a job where you can take it slow and fly under the radar, this isn't the place for you. Luckily, everyone is in the same boat as you, so you're part of a team that's working just as hard as you.
Advice to Management
Don't feel like you're too high up to ask questions throughout different departments. We love it when you show interest in process and procedures that you likely don't get much exposure to.... Understand that everyone really is genuinely putting their best effort in. Slackers are managed out. Honest mistakes are made by people that are really trying- it's never because they don't care. A lot of people in our properties feel stretched thin. Really take a look at their workloads and divide it by the hours in a day/week/month, you'll start to see some issues.
