Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Phoenix Group full-time

Pros

Great people at the Phoenix

Cons

Tough industry for med comm

Former Intern - Intern - Hourly

I worked at Anthem for more than a year

Pros

Fair and decent salary for an intern based on market reference point (MRP), can participate in 401k plan, company encourages personal development alongside career growth, most associates are... encouraging and happy to mentor a bit (don't overdo it with just one person; the best way is to network with several people and maintain those relationships and always keep in mind each person's strengths), you get back what you put in

Cons

no health insurance and general benefits (but this is usually the norm with an internship), management seems to change fairly often (three times while I was there)
