Featured Review

Current Employee - Admissions Counselor

I have been working at Phoenix House full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Hours, management, program director, team environment, growth encouragement.

Cons

Residential treatment can be emotionally draining

Current Employee - Project Manager

I have been working at Benchmark Education part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Company is one of the few in educational publishing that is profitable and growing. Lots of hiring and lots of job opportunities. Extremely smart people work in product development and they are... great to learn from. Digitizing at a slow but steady pace. Nice offices with view of Long Island sound. They pay well

Cons

One senior manager is very emotional and you have to shrug it off. However, she never fires anyone, so its just her bark.

Advice to Management

Relax and take a walk when you get too emotional.
