Featured Review

Current Contractor - Independent Adjuster

I have been working at Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. for more than 3 years

Pros

Lots of training and supervision, great pay, upper management really cares about adjusters

Cons

Not much of a work / life balance when deployed.

Advice to Management

Would be nice if something could be worked out with the insurance companies to spend less time in office position with more flexibility for days off

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Wardlaw Claims Service part-time for less than a year

Pros

Free classroom training, willing to take on newbies like myself, personal help from team leads. Paid on time and no hold backs

Cons

team leads were thinned during Harvey and Irma which is understandable. management offered team leads to take on claims, which took work away from others and took their attention. lowered adjusters'... split this year
