Current Employee - Solutions Writer

I have been working at Ping Identity full-time for less than a year

Pros

Ping is one of the few companies that actually seems to invest in it's people -- with training, different opportunities, and an open line of communication with upper management. The pay is... competitive, the benefits are incredible, the people are dedicated, hardworking, and kind individuals, and there are snacks on deck 24/7. Leadership tries harder than any other company I've worked at to be completely transparent and honest with employees, and there is a bonus incentive set aside at the end of the year for meeting performance goals. There is also room for horizontal and vertical mobility for people that want to try their hand at a different part of the company. Overall, it's a great place to work and it shows in the company morale.

Cons

Ping is in a time of transition so things can be a little hectic; upper management is incredibly busy all of the time, meeting rooms can be harder to come by. But overall, any perceived negatives... pale in comparison to the pros of working here versus other tech companies in the same industry.

Advice to Management

My managers are open, transparent, with a good sense of humor. However, it would be nice to have more one-on-one time set aside every week to help work through some bottlenecks.
