* Colleagues are really nice and willing to help you. I've never met anyone who was negative * Pinterest's mission is very noble and trying to be a positive beacon on the internet. They definitely... take that very seriously and it shows in their actions * SWEs have so much ownership over their projects and they talk to people in other roles such as SREs, data scientists, UI/UX designer and other teams very regularly. Engineering doesn't feel very siloed at Pinterest and the entepreneurial spirit is blooming! * Pinterest's core values are amazing! * Pinflex is the best! I don't even have to go into office a set number of days the week. Leadership trusts employees to find which mode of work (hybrid, remote, in-person) works best as long as projects are moving forward * Amazing work life balance (coupled with unlimited PTO).

Working at this company really allows for you to flourish both professionally and personally with it's many initiatives made to develop and retain our employees. The focus on well-being and workplace... culture is unmatched and the company does a lot to make it an enjoyable place to be with your colleagues each day. You have the opportunity to have a lot of visibility with leaders and make a strong impact in different ways in your role similarly to a small/start-up company, and yet you still also have the resources and support needed from Salesforce being a large global company. Grateful to be working alongside the most innovate, intelligent, and fun people in the world!

Cons

The company has increased their focus lately on being even more efficient and productive given today's market conditions, which has caused a lot of significant changes within the organization. That... being said, everyone is adjusting but it is still an incredible company to be part of.
