Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Pittsburgh Glass Works full-time

Pros

Great pay and benefits from day one.

Cons

Outlook is what will make or break you in a factory.

Advice to Management

Get to know your employees. A simple hello can go a long way.

Former Employee - Manager

I worked at Danny's Family Car Wash full-time for more than a year

Pros

I really enjoyed working with this company because the management is real good with the employees and I had advanced up to my management position quickly

Cons

I guess the only cons would be when it was slow we didn't have enough work that used to make employees clock out or send them home so I guess the lack of work or the lack of hours available maybe... would be one of the cons

Advice to Management

Maybe try to see about rotating shifts or doing something to switch it up so that the each manager gets a different break in the schedule throughout the month or something
