Great starting compensation Industry leading / standard technology Good schedule (9-5)

Lots of responsibility beyond stated duties On-call is one full weekend per month, meaning one pay period you will get no days off. Very little feedback / constructive criticism from... management Lack of direction from upper management Constrained culture - if you are not a type x personality, you won't fit in Benefits are a joke
Advice to Management
The employees that take on these responsibilities should be treated like they are valued. Start some type of benefits subsidy. Paying hundreds of dollars a month with thousands of dollars on... deductibles is bad enough, but when you add on mandatory HSA cards, use it or lose it, and a "benefits" is lowering your salary for tax relief there is a problem.
