Pros

Work life / Family life balance. Like any big company it really depends on the management team you work under. The managers I've had at Providence are top notch and really care about developing their... team members. Also, working for a company like Providence with their mission is a big plus.

Cons

Being such a big company can sometimes make you or the team you're on feel like the work they do doesn't really matter or like they're just another cog in the massive machine that is Providence.
