Featured Review

Current Employee - Lead Medical Assistant

I have been working at Planned Parenthood full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

My work is personally rewarding, I provide care to under served populations.

Cons

The work culture in the region is very lazy and I find myself being the only person willing to go beyond the job description to complete assignments.

Advice to Management

Provide more incentive for employees who actually make impacts. More rewards should be given to those people patients leave reviews about, it is too difficult for people to nominate colleagues for... awards.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Carnegie Foundation full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Carnegie is great for people who enjoy challenges. If you like to be pushed, working for Carnegie is the place to be. You have to put the time in, get to know the culture, colleagues and everyone’s... work style. Once you figure that out, the experience is fun and challenging. Not day is ever the same.

Cons

There is definitely room for improvement especially with the way projects are brought on and how staff and the budget is allocated. The structure of the organization needs to be improved, too much... oversight by the president that tends to delay the process.

Advice to Management

Take a look at your business structure. There are some I efficiencies that can be resolved by making systems more streamlined and efficient.
