Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at PointSource full-time for more than a year

Pros

If you care about culture, community and collaboration, this is the place for you.

Cons

Some positions are paid lower salaries than avg in the industry.

Current Employee - Project Manager

I have been working at Smashing Boxes full-time for less than a year

Pros

Dynamic environment where you can create your own path forward. Seriously encouraged to take charge and create the change you want to see in your career, in projects, at the office. If you are... someone who is driven and motivated by an open field of opportunity, this is a great place. Great location. I live in DRM and love the area Greatly appreciate our Fridays - company standup where we celebrate each other and get caught up at our company lunch. Then from 1-4 it's all about Labs, a time to work on new technologies and ideas we are passionate about. I've never worked anywhere with a better work life balance. I love working in/with healthcare as it give my work weight and meaning.

Cons

It's a start-up life! Always feels like more to do.
