Current Employee - Customer Development Representative

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for less than a year

Pros

The training here is incredible. You are set up for success as soon as you hit the field. There is a vibrant team atmosphere with tremendous help every step of the way.

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say. I’ve enjoyed working here.

Advice to Management

Offer more relocation opportunity.

Former Employee - Sales Consultant/Sales Person

I worked at PHRG full-time for less than a year

Pros

Didn't get past first week due to strenuous training...

Cons

If you don't have a good memory, than don't even bother with this company. Classes and instructors demand very strenuous participation. You have to remember scripts in one night or else they will let... you go. That's what happened to me. I wasn't able to remember the scripts, and was asked to leave the company by Stephen Maurbury. He is very strict and will let you go if you don't meet his demands.

Advice to Management

The atmosphere there is too relax. Cursing, profanity, and improper jokes are said. HR department would have a nightmare dealing with this company:)
