Pros

Good pay, camaraderie, good bosses.

Cons

The normal job complaints that any pansy whines about applies at PCC too, put your big boy pants on and you'll kill it here.

I have been working at Garratt-Callahan full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I've had the opportunity to work with really excellent teams. Garratt-Callahan loves to promote from within. With rapid growth in our group in recent years, I've seen a number of people promoted... multiple times, new members added to the team and VERY little turnover. Compensation is competitive. Car allowance is good (would much rather have the allowance than a company car).

Cons

Health insurance isn't great. Not a big deal though. Got my own plan

Advice to Management

Continue to put your people first and support your teams. I've seen managers make sacrifices to help their people in the field. Continue to place those kinds of people in leadership positions.
