Management is very understanding and helpful, new building is a great work environment.

Cons

Processes and techniques are still being disputed. Must learn constantly to stay up to date on changes being made to the processes and how to properly perform tasks.

Advice to Management

Work more with Portland. Their information and processes can be very helpful.
