Former Employee - Sales and Program Manager

I worked at Precision Castparts full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great location in the market and a lot of internal structure and support

Cons

Corporate structure can really slow down our processes

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and work on making CAPEX requests easier to pass through the chain of command

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Safran full-time for less than a year

Pros

The product support engineering group is very small, you have the good feeling that something is accomplished at the end of the day, parking is 5 yards away.

Cons

I live in another state so I have to travel to work
