Featured Review

Former Employee - Gate Removal Operator/Shift Lead

I worked at Precision Castparts full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good pay, camaraderie, good bosses.

Cons

The normal job complaints that any pansy whines about applies at PCC too, put your big boy pants on and you'll kill it here.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!

"Great company"Dec 27, 2019

Current Intern - Quality Engineer

I have been working at Wyman-Gordon for less than a year

Pros

I was looking for a full-time internship to take over the winter and they were the only company that called back. The management employees are very professional, everything is efficient and handled... with respect and integrity.

Cons

Hourly employees are somewhat unmotivated and hard to work with. But for the most part they are great

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing.
