As mentioned, Tenured Employees (I had over 14 years)shown the door for "Reorganization" The Guy who Fired me? Lasted less than a year. As any company Loyalty is only Expected, not returned.
Advice to Management
Show some loyalty to your employees, or did all the tenured employees suddenly become unqualified at the same time? and that's why they were termed in succession.
